How do I carry out the return process?

  • Return steps:
  1. Place the invoice along with the product or items to be returned in the product package.
  2. Please send the package to our address below free of charge within 14 days including the day of delivery with Yurtiçi Kargo.

TIP: After you send your return, your shipping code can be requested from you if necessary. Keep your shipping code for not having any problems.

What is your return policy?

  • The return period is 14 days from the time of receive.
  • You may send your products from Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.
  • Medical products, disposable products and products which are likely to break down rapidly or expire are not accepted.
  • While returning silicone products, varicose socks, medical products and products that contact the human body, these may be returned provided that they are in the following conditions:
    • Unopened package
    • Unused
    • Intact
    • Unused
  • If the products reach us in a used, worn, washed, we may have to send it back to you. In this case no refund shall be made.

Am I paying for shipping charges?

  • You should only send your refunds with Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • You can return for FREE.

Can I return my different deliveries in one go?

Yes you can.

  • Send the relevant invoices along with the product for each delivery you send.

Which products can not be returned?

  • Medical products, disposable products and products which are likely to break down rapidly or expire are not accepted.
  • While returning silicone products, varicose socks, medical products and products that contact the human body, these may be returned provided that they are in the following conditions:

    • Unused
    • Intact
    • Unused

When will I be charged for the returned / canceled product?

  • The returned product process is as follows:
    • Upon receipt, the product is checked for compliance with return conditions.
    • If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 2-10 days.
    • If the product does not meet the return requirements, it will be returned to your address.
  • An informing message is sent to your membership e-mail when your return is completed.
  • If you received this message, your return is made by www.museumgift.com to your bank.
  • The duration of return of the price to be reflected to your card may vary regarding your bank. If you pay by credit card it usually takes a few days. On the bank cards, the reflection period of the return to your account is longer.
  •  www.museumgift.com pays for the purchase of installments in one go to the bank. The Bank will refund this amount in the amount of installments of your credit card per month. E.g.: If you have 3 installments, the return is completed within 3 months.

Can I return the product if the 14-day refund period has expired?

  • According to the Distance Sales Agreement, the period of returning a product purchased from the internet or mobile is 14 days.
  • The period of 14 days starts on the day you receive the product from cargo .

I lost the invoice how can I return it?

  •  You can request the invoice sample by filling out the form in the "Contact" section.
  • Once the invoice has been sent as a PDF, you can start the return process by taking the output of this invoice.
